I’m running 4K in the “Run for the Kids” to raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital—because they literally saved my son Angus’s life. At just 1 week old, he needed life-saving heart surgery, and thanks to the incredible team at RCH, he’s now a cheeky, healthy little 1 and a half year old legend. 

Now he’s chilling in the pram while I do the hard work—jogging 4K with an arthritic ankle that thinks it’s 87 years old. So yes, technically it’s a team effort: he provides the moral support (and extra weight), and I provide the sweat, pain, and mild public embarrassment.

If you can spare a few bucks for this brilliant cause—and to motivate my sad excuse for an ankle—I’d be incredibly grateful. Let’s help more kids like Angus get the care they need, and maybe get me a medal for bravery (or stubbornness).
